DrinkFolks operates this store and website—including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services—to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). DrinkFolks is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these Services to you.
The following Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read them carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and contain warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the Services.

Drink Folks is a registered business entity in the State of Delaware, operating under Juara, Inc. dba Drink Folks (“Drink Folks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

“DrinkFolks” and “FolksFund” are registered trademarks of Juara, Inc. All associated logos, brand names, and designs are the exclusive property of the company.
2. Access and Account
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence and that you have consented to allow any minor dependents to use the Services under your supervision.
You agree that all information you provide (including billing, shipping, and payment details) is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
3. Our Products
We strive to represent our products accurately. However, colors or appearances may vary due to device settings. Product descriptions and pricing may change at any time. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at our discretion.
Our beverages are designed for general wellness and enjoyment. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your healthcare provider before introducing new herbal or functional beverages into your routine.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. DrinkFolks reserves the right to accept or decline any order. Orders are not accepted until payment has been processed and confirmation is issued. Once accepted, cancellation requests may be difficult to accommodate. If an order cannot be fulfilled or must be changed, we will notify you using your provided contact information.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy (see Section 6). You represent that purchases are for personal or household use and not for resale or export.
5. Prices and Billing
Prices, promotions, and discounts are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees will be calculated at checkout. You agree to provide accurate and current payment information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method through Shop Pay and its supported processors.
6. Shipping, Delivery, and Refunds
DrinkFolks currently ships within the continental United States only. We cannot deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control. Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
All sales are final. Refunds or replacements are provided only for products damaged during shipping.
To report a damaged shipment, email ttang@drinkfolks.com within seven (7) days of delivery with your order number and photos. Approved claims will receive a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is owned by DrinkFolks or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No license or right is granted beyond this limited use. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.
8. Optional Tools and Third-Party Links
We may provide access to third-party tools or links. These are offered “as is” and “as available.” We have no control over third-party content and assume no liability for your use of such tools or sites. Your use is at your own risk and subject to each third party’s terms.
9. Relationship with Shopify
DrinkFolks is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, sales and purchases occur directly between you and DrinkFolks. Shopify bears no responsibility for your transactions. By using our Services, you release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims related to your purchases with DrinkFolks.
10. Feedback
If you submit feedback, ideas, or reviews (“Feedback”), you grant DrinkFolks a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such Feedback for any purpose. You confirm that you own or control all rights to the Feedback and that it complies with applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove content we find objectionable.
11. Errors and Omissions
Occasionally, information on our Services may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct or update information or cancel orders affected by such inaccuracies at any time without notice.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You will not engage in conduct that could harm DrinkFolks, Shopify, or other users, interfere with Service functionality, or violate any laws. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms.

We may terminate your access to the Services at any time without notice for conduct that we believe violates these Terms. Upon termination, your obligations relating to intellectual property, indemnification, and limitations of liability remain in effect.

The Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” DrinkFolks makes no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, or non-infringement. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk.

They are not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider if you have any health concerns or are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DrinkFolks, Shopify, and their affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or any products purchased through them. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DrinkFolks, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms and any disputes arising under them are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the federal and state courts located in Delaware.
