At DrinkFolks, we craft our beverages in small batches with care and attention to quality. Because our products are perishable, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than products that arrive damaged during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please email ttang@drinkfolks.com within seven (7) days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged items. We’ll review each request individually and, if approved, issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
We recommend using package protection or shipping insurance at checkout if available, as DrinkFolks cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages once a carrier has marked them as delivered.
